Core Responsibilities of a Special Education Teacher
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's specific needs, abilities, and goals.
- Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and materials to accommodate different learning styles and ensure student engagement.
- Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as necessary to ensure educational growth.
- Create a compassionate and supportive classroom atmosphere that fosters acceptance, respect, and positive interactions among students.
